We are on a mission to raise the standard of care for postpartum women.

Whether you have given birth vaginally or by c-section, healing your deep core and pelvic floor should be a priority.    

Pregnancy and childbirth does a number on your body - whether you feel like it does or not!  It is incredibly important to take care of yourself in this phase of life.  How you heal now will impact the rest of your life.    

A common issue we see in our postpartum population is in their return to physical activity: It is often too much, too fast and too soon.

A proper postnatal rehabilitation plan is where you need to start!


WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Strengthen your deep core, pelvic floor, and postural muscles through breathwork and movement.

  • Small class sizes

  • 2x/week for 3 weeks

  • Babies are always welcome!

When Can I Start?

Generally speaking, this is when you can start a postpartum rehabilitation program:

Vaginal, uncomplicated delivery (<2 stitches, no forceps, no vacuum): 2-3 weeks postpartum

Vaginal, complicated delivery (2+ stitches, 2nd, 3rd, 4th degree tear, forceps, vacuum, episiotomy): 4-6 weeks postpartum

C-section delivery: 6 weeks postpartum
